Enrolment enquiries

St Mary’s accepts primary and secondary students at all year levels. Admission is open to any student with moderate, severe or profound bilateral permanent hearing loss who would benefit from a leading inclusive education program.

Enrolment Process

1. Book a tour with St Mary's College at one of our campuses to learn more about how your child would benefit from the educational program and nurturing environment created at each campus location.

2. Complete an enrolment application form. You will need a copy of a recent (less than 24 months old) audiogram or cochlear clinic report.

3. When your child is deemed eligible, they will be registered on the school's enrolment list. The order an enrolment application is received does not relate to the order of enrolment offers.

4. Students and family will receive an invitation to attend a 'get-to-know-you' meeting with the Principal.

5. A formal letter of offer is sent to parents/carers of the child to accept and return.

St Mary's College Wantirna South and South Morang Campus Primary students automatically have a place at the secondary campus of their choice. There is no need to apply for a place at year 7.

All other year levels and late applications:
Enrolment applications can be made at any time of the year, however places are limited by the availability at each campus year level. Vacancies across all campuses are filled from the waiting list in order of application date.
